SERVICES

Lion’s Mojo Marketing provides a range of marketing services, including but not limited to: digital advertising, social media management, content creation, branding, and website development. The specific services offered may vary and are subject to change.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After booking a service online you will have reserved a spot for that date and time. You will receive a booking confirmation, as well as other status updates regarding your booking.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and complete information needed for the services.
– Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals.
– Pay invoices on time according to the agreed payment terms.
– Respect the intellectual property rights of Lion’s Mojo Marketing and its partners.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Our fees for services are outlined in the project proposal or contract. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to deny and/or terminate service because of safety concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations, and similar.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Lion’s Mojo Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

HOLIDAYS

At Lion’s Mojo Marketing the following holidays will be observed:

Independence Day
Thanksgiving (Open Until 12:00 pm)
Christmas Eve (Open Until 12:00 pm)
Christmas Day
Dec 31st (Open Until 12:00 pm)

NON-SOLICITATION OF LION’S MOJO MARKETING EMPLOYEES

As our customer, we ask that you agree not to solicit or hire any of our employees to work directly for you. Our professionals are background checked, their references are verified, and they have completed comprehensive training. Significant time, resources, and money are invested in each new employee before we allow them to work on our projects. A $9,000 referral fee will be charged in case you hire one of our employees outside of Lion’s Mojo Marketing.

GOVERNING LAW

Any claim relating to Lion’s Mojo Marketing website shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We have made every effort to design our website to be useful, informative, helpful & honest. Hopefully, we have accomplished that, and we would ask you to please let us know if you would like to see any improvements or changes that would make it even easier for you to find the information you need.

Lion’s Mojo Marketing reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
